ABOUT OUR transitional apartments
Resurrection House manages 13 transitional apartments. Families living in our transitional housing program must have been formerly homeless. We continuously offer support and encouragement as tenants work toward their long-term goals to find permanent housing.
The length of stay in the program will depend upon the individual needs of the families. The program’s goal is to promote self-sufficiency and independence, while assisting the family with moving into permanent housing and maintaining that housing indefinitely.
Currently there are no apartments available. Check back on this website as housing situations are subject to change.
If a person experiences a housing crisis after 5:00 p.m. during the week, anytime during the weekend or during a holiday they should call the DSS Emergency Night Services Unit at (631) 854-9811.
