ABOUT OUR Case management

Through the support of  the Case Manager and staff, our families can work on specific goals – budgeting, parenting skills, education, employment, mental health, etc. that will  help lead to self-sufficiency.

Process

Families working with Resurrection House can access our Case Management staff by calling (631)491-3954, Ext. 2. 

Availability

Case Managers are available Monday to Friday.

Urgent contact information

If a person experiences a housing crisis after 5:00 p.m. during the week, anytime during the weekend, or during a holiday please call the DSS Emergency Night Services Unit at (631) 854-9811.
