Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the agency accountant as well as the Resurrection House Inc. staff.

 

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive and accurate records

  • Perform bookkeeping duties – must be knowledgeable with Quick Books

  • Order office supplies and research new suppliers to ensure best pricing

  • Prepare and maintain personnel files, payroll data along with time accrual for each employee, submit payroll through ADP

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Part-time

$25/ hour

Helps on any area of the  organization's greatest needs

Requirements

Must be dependable and punctual

Be courteous when dealing with families

Maintain confidentiality of families' information

Time Commitment

At least once a week for 2 hours
