Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the agency accountant as well as the Resurrection House Inc. staff.
Roles and responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive and accurate records

Perform bookkeeping duties – must be knowledgeable with Quick Books
-
Order office supplies and research new suppliers to ensure best pricing
-
Prepare and maintain personnel files, payroll data along with time accrual for each employee, submit payroll through ADP

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
-
Other duties as assigned.
Skills
-
Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office
-
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Part-time
$25/ hour
